Really interesting article. The author was in a court case, which she lost, but it ended in a hung jury while deliberating on damages. There was a retrial and with the help of a speaking coach, she changed how she presented herself and engaged the jury. She won the second time. We often dream of what we would do if we get a second chance, this time she did.
